MARK JOHNSON – Two-time COVID survivor and he has been living with Type 2 diabetes since his age 50s and was suffering with blood clots even while active and playing USTA age-level tennis tournaments. Johnson’s tennis career now includes the pickleball crazy “niche” and “Pickleball Palooza” is the fun, third-book in the 60something series.
Mark spent a week in the COVID-19 ICU hospital strapped to oxygen 24/7, but never to the ventilators that typically signaled death for millions afflicted with COVID-19, entering their lungs. He was lucky, a fortunate survivor, and helped by the numerous health care workers, caretakers, nurses, and physicians. Thanks to everybody at DCHS.

Sharing not only success stories but also the trials and tribulations we have in our day-to-day lives. The three-part series, the bundle of Titles – Healthy Seniors -Living With Type 2 Diabetes & Covid Survivors – Longhaulers After ICU Covid Scares – Pickleball Palooza great reading addition for all ages and especially for the Seniors and families, friends.
